All opinions are mine alone. #RoadTripTreats #CollectiveBiasI remember back when I was younger, way back before I had kids, I used to love road trips. Preferably solo, but with one other person was fine too. The music was loud, the driving was fast. I could stop where ever I wanted. Stopping for a potty break took mere minutes. I could sing as loud as I wanted to any song I wanted to. Back then the journey was a huge part of the fun. Boy have things changed. With three kiddos in riding in the back the driving is not-so-fast, the music is not-so-loud and potty breaks are not-so-quick. There always seems to be an argument over who gets to choose the music and there is an incessant hum of "are we there yet?" or "how much longer" or "I'm bored/hungry/thirsty." I could just give the kids a tablet an headphones, but even that gets boring after a while, plus, then they miss seeing the sights which is the whole point of road trips.
