Are you ready for your great Thanksgiving feast? If you are hosting this year I wish you luck. But you got this. Just remember, timing is everything when it comes to big meals. Have you come up with a signature cocktail to serve? I have always thought having a signature cocktail really helps kick off the festivities. Here’s a great recipe for you. Toasted marshmallow hot chocolate martini using Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup. Torani is a perfect way to add flavor to your favorite beverages this holiday season!
Don’t get fooled by the word hot, because it’s nice and cold like a martini should be. It’s just make with hot chocolate that has been chilled, to get that rich smooth flavor. Add some vodka and Torani Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, and voila, you have hot chocolate for the grown up set! Of course this recipe can be modified for those non-drinking, pregnant or underage folks by just omitting the alcohol. It still tastes amazing!
Before making the martini, get your glasses and the garnish ready. Since this is chocolaty and a dessert drink, drizzle chocolate syrup around the edge of the martini glass and let it drip in. You can do this ahead of time and then put the glasses in the freezer. Grab a bunch of marshmallows and stick them on a bamboo skewer. Toast those babies until they are slightly brown and set aside. Voila, easy garnish.
It’s easiest to make the hot chocolate ahead of time and just stick it in the freezer. I like to add just a little more chocolate than I would normally, since it gets a little bit diluted with the vodka, ice and syrup. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice, and pour into the glass. Add the garnish. There you go!

There are some other amazing flavors of the Torani Syrups you could use as well. I also picked up the Bourbon Caramel Syrup and the Sugar-Free S’mores Syrup while I was at Walmart. I think the Bourbon Caramel would tasted delicious with some hot apple cider. I’d sip that while outside watching a football game. That sounds super Thanksgivingish. Torani is make with real, simple ingredients, like pure-cane sugar and natural flavors. Family get-togethers are really fun when guests start sharing their Torani creations!
