Msg 4 21+ The Naughty Belgian Cookie Coffee Cocktail is a perfect coffee drink to warm up with after a cold winter day. It tastes just like your favorite Belgian cookies with the naughtiness of vodka and Irish cream.
I love a hot coffee cocktail. It’s perfect after being outside in cold weather and warming up from the inside out. I originally fell in love with coffee drinks when I lived in San Fransisco and had my first Irish Coffee at the Buena Vista. San Fransisco is cold and I remember playing tourist on the wharf all day, and feeling chilled to the bone. My friend took me to get an Irish Coffee and it was just what I needed to get warm. If you ever get the chance to go to SF and the Buena Vista Cafe, I highly suggest it!

Why Belgian cookies? Um, because Belgian cookies are the best. Otherwise known as speculoos cookies, they are made with brown sugar and spices and are delicious. If you haven’t tried cookie butter, a cookie spread that you can put on everything, then you are missing out.
This Torani Belgian Cookie syrup tastes just like the cookie! I got the sugar free version so that I can use it to flavor my morning coffee, obviously without the alcohol.

Use an immersion blender to really mix the ingredients and make it frothy and top with some whipped cream.

Looks and sounds great (love the cup!) – Thanks for sharing at the What’s for Dinner party!
I’ll take two of these please! I didn’t see the Belgian cookie syrup when I was at the store the other day (I got some salted caramel) but I will have to be on the lookout for it.
I just came in from shoveling snow and this would be great right now.
Oh I bet! I’ve thankfully never had to shovel snow, but I believe you deserve a warm drink right now!
With over a foot of snow outside I could use one of these “naughty Belgian coffees”. Love your coffee mug with the snowman. Thanks for sharing with Fiesta Friday.
