Do you want to increase how much water you drink? Then use this free water tracker printable to keep on top of your hydration this month!
It’s hard to believe that the first month of 2018 is nearly over. Are you ready for it to be February? I was going over my goals I had set for myself for the month of January and well, I didn’t do so well. More on that later. One of the things that I had put down for myself was to workout or run five times a week. Great idea, in theory. But I seem to have some blocks to actually doing it. I know these are in my head, mostly, and sometime something will happen that’s out of my control, but typically not. One of the big things preventing me from getting my fitness in is feeling dehydrated.
It’s kind of silly, really. It’s so easy to drink water. Here in Arizona, the faucet water tastes like dirt (you can practically chew it) so I have water delivered to the house. Honestly, there is always great tasting, cold, fresh water available. So why don’t I feel hydrated? It’s probably because I am addicted to coffee. Seriously. It’s all I want to drink, all the time. Fresh, hot, delicious coffee. I don’t put anything in it, because I’m OG like that. Maybe some sugar-free Torani, occasionally, if I’m feeling dangerous. I just love coffee.
Are you getting thirsty with all this talk of water? Then you should make this jalapeno cucumber lime infused water! Trust me, it’s awesome!
But when there is always coffee available, I don’t think to drink water. Coffee isn’t really hydrating, despite being my motivation to get out of bed, it doesn’t do much else for me anymore. So one of my goals for February is to drink more water. At least eight 8 -10 ounce glasses a day. It’s not hard. I’ll still drink coffee, but maybe I’ll cut down a little. Who knows?

So of course I want to track my water consumption! I mean who doesn’t? So I created this water tracker printable for hydration tracking. All you need to do is color in the drops as you drink the water! Get creative and use a variety of blue markers (this set!), rainbow watercolor markers or heck even glitter markers! It’s a PDF, so you can either print it full size to keep on the fridge or bulletin board or reduce the scale to put this water tracker printable in your planner.

I am horrible at water consumption. However I started out better this year with the goal of 4 of my water bottles and just raised it to 5 last week.
It’s hard. I used to be really good. I just don’t know what happened!
I’m awful at drinking water when I’m at the office. I don’t drink ANYTHING it seems 🙁 I love that printout though! I’d love for you to share over at a new party called Let’s Party https://themarkandjanshow.com/2018/02/07/lets-party-7/ … we look forward to seeing you there!
I’m not a big drinker in general, so getting a lot of water in is something I KEEP working on. Thanks for the fun printable!
