Add some green to your space by decorating a plain glass jar with bright green tropical leaves. This green leaf jar craft adds some vibrancy to an otherwise boring jar.
In my never ending quest to get my house organized, I bought some glass jars for storage. Storing and organizing things like cotton balls, hair ties and all those little things that go everywhere seems to be a challenge for my teen daughters. But after putting the jars in the black and white bathroom, I realized that that room really needs some color. Even if it’s just a little bit of green, I feel like it will make a difference.
So I pulled out my craft cutter and some transparent vinyl and got making this green leaf jar!

Download tropical leaf designs into you electronic cutting machine software. Resize the designs so that they are around 1.7 inches high. Duplicate so you have a few of each and create mirror images so that they do not all face the same direction.
Cut out a sheet of leaves in green transparent vinyl and also a sheet of the same design in the apple green transparent vinyl
Weed the cut outs from the excess vinyl.
Clean off your jar with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner and let dry. Use the transfer tape to position and adhere the leafs randomly around the jar.
Fill the jar with your goods and enjoy the green leaf jar and pop of color!
